Nice setting, plenty of seating and neat decor. No complaints on the service. Food is cooked well but honestly nothing to write home about. Wish the tom yum soup portion was larger and more flavorful. Skillet beef stir fry was fine but too saucy/thick for my tastes. Good for a nearby craving but I'd rather go somewhere else for a more authentic flavor.
Solid Thai food with generous portions! Came here hungry with a couple of friends so we decided to order a couple dishes so we can taste a bit of everything (spoiler: we in fact did not finish everything and had delicious leftovers to bring home). We ordered the green papaya salad, little spice cashew nuts with chicken, pad Thai with tofu, yellow curry with chicken, and drunken noodles with tofu. All dishes were super good but my favorites were definitely the green papaya salad and the cashew nuts with chicken. The green papaya salad was crisp and fresh. It was good starter to start off with for our meal. The cashew nuts with chicken kind of tasted like a healthier sweet and sour chicken to me and the breading on the chicken was a good breading to chicken ratio. For dessert, we ordered the mango sticky rice which is a seasonal item. The mango was nice and sweet and the sweet sticky rice complimented it well. Always a classic dessert when at a Thai restaurant. Service was great too. Our server was really nice and knowledgeable. She did warn us beforehand that we may have ordered way too much but honestly it was nice to try a bit of everything and not worry about cooking another meal the next day. Ambiance is pretty standard, nothing that really stands out but it is clean. If you're in the area, definitely come try!
Dined in for lunch for the first time. Service was efficient and I particularly like the flavor profile of their soup. The staples of pad Thai and drunken noodles were good and as expected. The green curry and the eggplant dish were ok, prob not order again
I can't say enough good things about Little Spice! Their food is always consistently delicious, spicy, fresh, clean and refreshing. The cilantro, basil, lemongrass, onion, etc. are all perfectly balanced and mouthwatering. The chicken and beef are always tender with just the right amount of grilling to bring out the flavors. I don't get to dine in much, but the restaurant is always clean, well staffed and serene. The staff are super friendly, responsive to requests, and always make me feel like an old friend. Their Larb Gai and Tiger Sweep appetizers are two of my favorites and never disappoint. The prices are super reasonable as well! Make Little Spice one of your go to restaurants and you will not be disappointed either.
This is the best Thai food in the area and a hidden gem in my neighborhood. We eat here at least once every two weeks and food is consistently good whether we dine in or take out. Our go-to dishes are the drunken noodles, Pla Sam rod, and basil fried rice. Pla Sam Rod is fish fillet in an amazingly tangy, sweet, and spicy sauce, which is also stands alone great on white rice. Even though the place is called "little spice," don't be afraid to ask for the "mild" version of the plates they serve; they don't hold back on flavor or spice in this spot. Inside the restaurant is open concept and the tables are spaced apart; the waitresses are quick and attentive. Ambiance is modern, cozy and pleasantly decorated without being over the top. I also like the open style booth seating up against the back walls. We will be coming back again and again.
The food is always good here - plus we have a relationship memory here so it is always a win-win. Today was the vegetable drunken noodle and the tofu little spicey. The place was hopping again tonight, with constant delivery/pickup orders, in addition to about 50% filled dining room and the ladies kept up with it all. Sorry, forgot to take a pic, but yum!!!
Both times that I've been here, I have not been disappointed. The restaurant is clean and easy to find. The first time we just had to walk over from our hotel and the 2nd time we drove. My coworker who has a Thai wife stated that this was good Thai food; not as good as he can get from home but good. I ordered the same food both times. I had spring rolls and then chicken pad Thai. The spring rolls were great and for some reason didn't cause me any issues being gluten free. I might have just lucked out so be careful if you are gluten free and order them. The pad Thai portion is huge. I was not able to finish the dish either time. You are able to customize the level of spice in your main dish. You are able to taste the flavors beyond spice regardless of the level of spice. Our waitress kept our drinks full. She made sure to keep track of our orders and did not have a problem giving us separate checks. I highly recommend this Thai restaurant and I know that if I'm back in the area, I will definitely be back.
Very nice experience. It you favor spicy food, definitely give this little spot a shot. Every was filled with flavor and the service was excellent.
Little Spice is a clean, cozy and friendly neighborhood Thai restaurant perfect for a quiet dinner or small groups. The waitstaff is friendly and professional. Water was topped off often and we were checked up on frequently. The food is excellent. Portions are very big and quality is high. The tofu pad Thai had hints of sweet, salty and sour without having any of the flavors too overpowering. My companions also liked their dishes (green curry and drunken noodles with pork). Prices are very reasonable, especially with the amount of food I've is getting.
